The cancellation of reservation requests by agencies and companies without a contract and the cancellation of personal reservations, must be announced in writing.

1) Reservation cancellation request in less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, will be subject to 100% deduction of the total amount of one night of reserved rooms.
2) Reservation cancellation request between 3 and 5 days prior to the arrival date, will be subject to 80% deduction of the total amount of one night of reserved rooms.
3) Reservation cancellation requests between 6 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a 60% dedution of the total amount of one night of reserved rooms.
4) Reservation cancellation requests between 11 and 14 days prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a 40% deduction of the total amount of one night of reserved rooms.
5) Reservation cancellation requests between 15 and 19 days prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a 20% dedution from the total amount of one night of reserved rooms.
6) If there is no cancellation request and the guest does not show up, a fee equivalent to the price of one night according to the number and type of requested rooms will be incurred by the guest.
